St. Stephen AME Church is hosting an in-person educational workshop for residents in Chicago’s West Side neighborhoods to learn more about Illinois Solar for All: Bright Neighborhoods! A Bright Neighborhoods representative will discuss how income-eligible homeowners can save money on their electric bills with solar installations.
