The Chicago Department of Planning and Development (DPD) seeks to revitalize a block-long portion of Madison Street in West Garfield Park through a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) process. Short-listed developer-designer teams will work with community stakeholders to design mixed-use proposals for the site that include a new grocery store.
