Patrick Gallagher Landes joined GPCC as Development Manager in September, 2023. They are passionate about utilizing public and private funding to spur equitable community and economic development. They have previously worked with The Field Foundation of Illinois, Architreasures, National Community Reinvestment Coalition, and the National Alliance of Community Economic Development Associations in a variety of capacities ranging from grant management to program evaluation. Patrick is a proud three-time AmeriCorps volunteer.
He has also worked as a theater artist, artistic producer, and photographer after graduating from Connecticut College with a degree in Sociology and Theater. He moved to Chicago from Washington, DC to attend policy school at the University of Chicago where he graduated with a Master of Public Policy and was President of the student LGBTQ+ association and served as a student representative on the Diversity and Inclusion Advisory Board. Patrick's undergraduate and graduate research focused on public space usage, economic development, and arts policy.
