Phyllis Wilson has 35 years of accounting and finance experience in both corporate and non-profit industries, as well as 5 years of human resources experience. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Family Law from DePaul University, a Master's degree in Applied Professional Studies with a certificate in Professional Speaking and Life Coaching, and has a PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Capella University.
Phyllis is also an independent consultant, student, mother, and Senior Pastor and Founder of Promises of God Ministries, and finds time to pursue other areas in the ministry. She develops many seminars, workshops, and conferences that focus on leadership development, personal growth, and organizational development. She is the author of four books ("No, Not You! Why Not Me?", "Silent Tears", and "Josephine's Coat of Many Colors") and is the founder of two organizations (PH Balance and Yarning to Help).
By ministering God's word across her work, writing life coaching books, and organizing companies and events, she demonstrates her purpose in life, which is to empower, motivate, inspire and uplift the lives of people to achieve all that God has for them.
