Samantha Taylor joined GPCC in early 2024 as the Commercial District Manager. Before this position she volunteered for the past 10 years with GPCC on a variety of projects. She manages the Storefront Activation Project. Samantha is working with local small businesses to bring food-related pop-up shops into Garfield Park's vacant storefronts.
